In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, salt and lemon juice.

Slowly add flour into the mixture and blend until completely combined.

Wrap dough and refrigerate for two hours at minimum.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Once chilled, sprinkle flour onto work surface and rolling pin.

Cut a section of the dough while leaving the rest in the refrigerator to keep chilled.

Roll dough into 1/4 inch thick and cut into shapes.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until slightly golden brown.

Cut another section of dough, and continue.
