Preheat oven to 350

Combine sugar and butter

Add egg

Add the remaining four ingredients and combine

Chill for 30 minutes

Combine the cinnamon and sugar coating in a small bowl and set aside

Roll dough into 1 inch balls 

Roll the dough balls into the cinnamon and sugar, and place on greased or parchment paper-covered cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown
