Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Pops
Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes We used Purple Corn Flakes from Peace Cereal
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips for dipping
Instructions
  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a pot over low heat and stir until combined.
  2. Add crushed corn flakes to the pot and mix until combined.
  3. Remove from heat and spread mixture onto wax paper on counter.
  4. Using a small cookie cutter, cut the mixture into shapes. This will ensure that your pops are all the same size.
  5. Roll each piece into a ball. They will seem a bit crumbly at first but continue to roll them until they are solid.
  6. Heat white chocolate chips and dip each ball into the white chocolate.
  7. Place stick into each pop.
  8. For decoration you can top the pops with leftover corn flakes, sprinkles or any of your favorite toppings.
  9. Refrigerate to set.
