Granola Treat Pie Crust and Pixie Dust Emily MingledorffHey parents!   Have you ever hidden in a room with something super yummy so your kids wouldn’t find you and steal your snack? Hopefully I’m not the only one.   If you have been there, brace yourself, because this is one of those super yummy desserts.

Imagine this for a moment…. a Rice Krispy Treat, combined with a S’more, mixed with a brownie, and packed with french vanilla granola and protein… and a glass of wine!  Okay, I didn’t have the wine, but I did have the rest, and it was DIVINE!

You must try these crave-worthy Chocolate Marshmallow Granola Treats for your family.  My nine-year old daughter put the ingredients together, and I did all of the heating, (and most of the eating :))!  These are super easy to prepare, and an indulgent, protein packed dessert, or snack on-the-go.

For the granola, we used Sweet Home Farm French Vanilla Granola with Almonds.  I think that using good quality, high protein granola is a critical component to getting this recipe just right.  You may also consider using a granola that isn’t too crunchy, so these are easy for your kids to eat.

We hope you whole family loves this recipe as much as we did.  These bars are worth hiding out to truly enjoy the chocolatey, gooey, deliciousness!

From our family to yours,
